Together we run Pracownia Witryna, a Wrocław-based design studio working across graphic design. We create visual identities for companies, brands and institutions.
Our in-house screen-printing studio is an essential part of what we do, allowing us to produce the printed materials we design, including business cards, packaging and clothing.
We also develop more artistic projects. Our favourite medium is the screen-printed poster, or serigraph. We use prepared screens to produce our designs in small editions.
We also run a wide range of workshops: in our studio and on location, for individuals and groups.
We begin as a small home-based graphic design studio with a screen-printing workshop in the garage.
We rent a tiny 14m space in Wrocław’s Biskupin neighbourhood and open a café-gallery.
The studio expands its programme to include exhibitions, concerts and creative gatherings. This is when our current name is born.
The pandemic forces us to close the café, but we continue to run the design studio and screen-printing workshop in the space.
We move the studio to Czasoprzestrzeń (Centre for Academic Culture and Local Initiatives), a place we are still proud to help shape today.
