The ONE MORE TRY: Athens screen print is one of four posters created for Daniel Jakś's photography exhibition at Gniazdo café. The exhibition explored skateboarding, perseverance and the repeated attempts required to reach a goal. Daniel on the exhibition: "In skateboarding, landing any trick takes practice, persistence and the ability to accept repeated falls and failed attempts. After many unsuccessful 'Last tries', there is always 'One more try'—and the cycle continues until it works. The same applies to photography, graphic design and every other field of art, and ultimately to everyday life. One more try is a stage that everyone should allow themselves without limit." The screen prints present photographs of skateboarders in an unconventional form, using bold colours and halftone—media characteristic of screen printing.
