SCREEN-PRINTING WORKSHOPS

· EXTRA ATTRACTION · CREATIVE ZONE · · ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL MERCH ·

Screen-printing workshops are a great way to spice up a festival’s program and engage participants, who print designs prepared specially for the event onto t-shirts, bags, or their own clothes. Instead of getting another ready-made freebie, they create their own festival keepsake.

Workshops instead of merch, or alongside it?

Both options are possible. We can adapt the format to a small event as well as a large festival that already has its own merch shop.

FOR SMALLER FESTIVALS

Workshops can be an alternative to producing a large batch of merch. Instead of ordering hundreds of t-shirts in different sizes in advance, participants can bring their own clothes or use textiles we provide and get the print made on the spot. This reduces the risk of being left with a large amount of unsold stock after the event.

FOR LARGER FESTIVALS

If the event already has its own shop and merch collection, a screen-printing station can be an extra attraction and an extension of the existing offer. Participants get the chance to create something themselves — choosing the design, the garment, and doing the print. This turns merch into part of the festival experience, rather than just a product bought in a shop.

Why work with us?

MINIMUM LOGISTICS

Setting up our station doesn't require any logistics on your part. We bring the equipment and materials, set up the station, and take care of the participants.

MOBILE WORKSHOP

We operate all year round and can set up a mobile workshop outdoors, in a hall, a tent, or any other festival space. We can handle a single event or an entire festival tour.

UNIQUE DESIGN

We can work with ready-made artwork sent by the organizer, or design dedicated graphics from scratch that reflect the festival's identity, character, or a specific edition.

A second life for clothes

Festival-goers can bring their favorite t-shirt, hoodie, or bag and decorate it with a dedicated design. We can also put together our own selection of second-hand clothes, print festival designs on them, and create a collection of unique second-hand merch. Every piece is different, and instead of ending up in the bin, the clothes get a second life.

A KEEPSAKE FOR YEARS

We work with professional textile screen-printing inks and use proven materials. This means the prints are durable, and the piece made during the festival can stay with the participant for years.

CUSTOM-FIT STATION

We can design the workshop space to visually match the festival's identity and character, making the station feel like an integral part of the event.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

We bring a mobile screen-printing station where participants print designs onto t-shirts, bags, or their own clothes themselves. We walk them through the whole process, help participants along the way, and keep the station running smoothly for the entire festival.
We adjust the workshop format to the size of the event and expected turnout. We can set up a station for an intimate festival or a large event with thousands of visitors passing through. For bigger projects, we scale up the number of stations and staff accordingly.
Yes. We can use existing branding or artwork supplied by the organizer, or design dedicated graphics for a specific festival or edition. We can also prepare several different designs to choose from.
Yes! It’s one of the most popular options at festivals. Participants can bring their own t-shirt, hoodie, or bag and get a festival print made on it. That way, favorite clothes get a second life, and participants leave the event with a unique keepsake and a walking festival ad.
Yes. We can provide textiles for participants and match the type and quantity to the event’s requirements and budget. We can also combine this option with printing on participants’ own clothes.
Yes. Besides running the workshops, we can prepare ready-made t-shirts, hoodies, bags, or other textiles with festival prints. This lets the station combine workshops with a merch sales point.
We can put together a special collection based on curated second-hand clothing. We source the clothes, print dedicated designs on them, and create one-of-a-kind pieces. It’s an interesting alternative to, or complement for, classic festival merch.
Yes. This is especially useful if the organizer doesn’t want to pre-produce a large batch of t-shirts in different sizes. Participants can print on their own clothes or on textiles we provide. Workshops can also run alongside a traditional festival shop.
Yes. We use professional inks designed for textile screen-printing. Once properly cured, the print is durable and withstands repeated washing.
Yes. Our mobile station is designed for outdoor events. We need suitable space, access to power, and a cover to protect the station from rain and strong sun.
We size the station to match the scale of the event and expected number of participants. Typically we need around 10 m², though for bigger projects we can offer a more extensive zone with several stations.
From the organizer, we mainly need suitable space, access to power, and agreement on technical details related to the station’s location. We take care of the equipment, inks, and materials needed to run the workshops ourselves.
Yes. We can handle single events as well as entire festival tours across different cities. We take care of transporting the equipment, setting up the station, and running it at each location.
